SLR Coatings is committed to providing the highest quality coatings available within the industry and we strive to offer the best customer service to our customers.

All of the Cerakote™ and Prismatic Powders™ distributed throughout Australia and New Zealand by SLR Coatings are obtained directly from the manufacturer - NIC Industries in White City Oregon, USA. We do not have other agents or outlets representing us and only sell direct to each customer. So if you did not purchase your products directly from us then we cannot guarantee you are receiving genuine Cerakote™ or Prismatic Powders™ products.
Each step of coating manufacture from raw material procurement to manufacturing and packaging is tested and certified against some of the highest industry accepted quality standards including ASTM and MIL Spec. Lot samples of raw materials and finished goods are retained for further testing and certification if necessary. The Cerakote™ and Prismatic Powders™ Quality Assurance Program complies with ISO 9000 standards. -
We make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days from receipt of payment. We use Toll Ipec, Toll Priority and Couriers Please services to ship products throughout Australia and New Zealand. All Cerakote orders must ship via a courier as liquids cannot be sent via the postal service. You should receive your Cerakote order within 2 to 5 business days. Remote areas can take longer.
For urgent Cerakote orders, we offer an expedite service, guaranteeing an order will ship the same day it’s received. Expedite orders must be received by 10:00am Queensland time. A $25.00 charge will be added to expedited orders. Please contact us for details.
All Prismatic Powder orders are drop shipped directly from NIC Industries in the USA to you. The delivery times from the USA to Australia and New Zealand are typically 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas can take longer. -

SLR Coatings and the manufacturer of Cerakote™ and Prismatic Powders™ (NIC Industries, Inc.) does not warrant the use or application of the materials it manufactures or supplies. Our only obligation shall be to replace any defective materials supplied by us or refund the original purchase price of the product after we have determined it to be defective. We assume no liability for damages of any kind and the user accepts the product “as is” and without any warranties, expressed or implied. The suitability of the product or intended use shall be the sole responsibility of the user.
All information provided is believed to be correct, to the best of our knowledge and testing. We recommend that you make adequate tests in your laboratory or plant or workshop to determine if this product meets your requirements. -
Returns must transpire within thirty (30) days from the invoice date.
Freight charges must be pre-paid prior to returning.
A return fee of 50% of the original materials cost will be incurred.
Before refusing or returning any product, please call SLR Coating customer service on (07) 3823 4522 and make prior arrangements.
An authorization number must be issued in order to receive any form of compensation for the return. -
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the web site in images, brochures and marketing material. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor settings, print colours and reproduction methods used top create this material. We cannot guarantee that any colour will be accurate.
